Hey guys! Well, I just wanted to update everybody and let you know the album is coming along really, really well! We're expecting it to be released in the spring, and I can't wait to share the new songs with you. I promise it will be worth the wait!!!
In the meantime, I'm going to be posting acoustic versions of songs from the "My World" album really soon, so stay tuned for the "new" music!!

OK, I'm back!!! Please forgive me for being gone for so long and for not checking in! Happy Friday! Just wanted to let everybody know that I'm officially heading into the studio in July!! That means that hopefully you will have a chance to hear new music by late summer/early fall! I will be once again working with Tommy Lee James (my co-writer and producer from the first album) and Tony Brown (Brooks & Dunn, Reba, Vince Gill, George Strait). We've been writing some great songs and can't wait for you guys to hear them!!

I finally, and rather belatedly, bought Gary Allan's album and heard that song. I haven't been listening to country radio for several years, in reaction to my station's mistreatment of the Dixie Chicks, so I am out of the loop with what's been going on. Cyndi has done it again. Life Ain't Always Beautiful is a wonderful song, soulful and poignant as always. Now I would like to hear Cyndi sing it!

Yes, it has been rather quiet here. Any news on Cyndi's new album? It has been over a year since the news of Cyndi's return and I haven't heard anything.
